Terms of Service — EPTA English

The service

EPTA English is a learning platform for aviation English: courses, speaking clubs, and speaking practice. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You need an account to use the platform. Keep the sign-in details accurate and private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use

Do not break the service, bypass access controls, or infringe other people’s rights. Access can be limited when that happens.

Optional Google Calendar

Teachers may connect Google Calendar. It is not required for students or visitors. What the connection reads and writes is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it in the teacher profile.

Materials

The interface and the school’s materials belong to the operator. Answers and records you add stay yours and are processed to run the lessons.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. It can change or be interrupted.

Stopping

You can stop using EPTA English at any time and disconnect optional integrations. The operator can suspend access when these terms or the law require it.

The service is offered as EPTA English. The legal name, tax identifier, postal address, and a dedicated contact address are not published on this page. Prices, payments, and refunds are not set out here.
